How much do I pay for the service?
At the moment, we are using a pay-as-you-go model, meaning that all charges are based on the traffic usage. We do not have a subscription fee or any additional charges.
Each message processed and displayed on TV costs 0.02 cents - this is a message processing cost.
If a message is paid, the amount paid by the visitor belongs to you, minus our commission. Our commission is 10% and minimal fee is 0.5$ per paid message.
At the end of each month, a summary is made to calculate your balance. If you mostly use paid messages, we will owe you approximately 90% of the total messages cost. If you mostly use free messages, at the end of the month, you shall pay the processing cost. 10$ per 1000 messages.
Who sets the message price? Can I change it or make it free?
You set the message price in your Profile. By default, message price is 0.
I have several bars. Should I create multiple accounts?
Of course not. You can add multiple bars/restaurants on one account. Furthermore, if you have multiple venues in a single bar, you can create separate Broadcast Points for each. Each Broadcast Point has its own chat, address, and QR code. For example, if you have a separate event, party, or corporate gathering in a venue, you can create and use a dedicated Broadcast Point.
How does a guest/visitor send a message? Do they need to install an app?
Visitor doesn’t need to install an app or register/login. Via QR code they open a web page, from which they can send a message. QR Code will be displayed on the TV screen, which broadcasts messages. Additionally, the system lets you create and print QR Codes to place them on the tables, bar stands, etc.
Are messages being moderated?
Yes, messages go through two-step moderation. First, AI checks the message. If message didn’t pass the check, it’s rejected. Otherwise, message gets passed to human moderator. Human Moderator can be someone you hired or our company’s moderator. In the second case, you will be charged $0.2 per message.
How can I add my moderator in a system?
Navigate to the “Moderators” page in your Profile and enter the moderator's email, which he/she used for registration.
How can I remove or temporarily suspend a moderator?
Navigate to the “Moderators” page in your Profile. Clicking on the “Unlink” button will remove moderator and he/she will not have an access to your messages anymore. - Status - to temporarily restrict moderator’s access to messages.
Can Images be sent to the TV?
Yes. Visitors can send only an image or image with a caption.
How do I get started?
- Register on our website.
- Activate your trial period in Profile.
- Add a bar and Broadcast Point.
- Enter a description for your bar if you want the visitor to see the information about it.
- Choose your settings and generate a QR code.
- Open the TV link in browser, that’s indicated in the Broadcast Point section.
