Customer agreement

This Customer Agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between Dustyboard LLC (the "Company") and the customer ("Customer"). By using the services provided by the Company, the Customer agrees to the following terms and conditions:

1. Services Provided
The Company provides [brief description of services, e.g., message submission, content processing, etc.].

2. Customer's Responsibility for Content
The Customer is solely responsible for the content of all messages, submissions, or materials ("Content") that they provide to the Company. The Company does not assume any responsibility or liability for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of the Content. The Customer agrees not to submit any Content that violates applicable laws, is defamatory, offensive, or infringes upon the rights of third parties. The Company reserves the right to reject or remove any Content it deems inappropriate, but it does not assume liability for any such Content.

3. Refund Policy for Approved Messages
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that no refunds will be issued for messages that are approved and processed by the Company. Once a message is approved, it is considered final and no refunds will be granted, regardless of any changes the Customer may wish to make after approval.

4. Message History
The Company is not responsible for maintaining or providing access to any message history, records, or logs related to messages submitted by the Customer. The Customer is encouraged to keep their own records of any submissions made.

5. Limitation of Liability
The Company shall not be liable for any damages or losses arising from the use or inability to use the services provided. This includes, but is not limited to, the submission of messages or Content, or any failure to access or retrieve message history. The Company is not responsible for any interruption of services, loss of data, or delays in processing.

6. Indemnification
The Customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dustoboard LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses, including legal fees, arising out of the Customer's submission of Content or any breach of this Agreement.

7. Termination of Services
The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to its services at its sole discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violations of this Agreement or misuse of the services.

8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

9. Miscellaneous
(a) This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings.

(b) If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

By submitting any Content to Dustoboard LLC or using the Company’s services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement
